Come Support the Missoula Food Bank!

Remember, Folks! The 5th Annual Missoula Hip Strip Block Party is a benefit for the Missoula Food Bank! Bring a non-perishable food item or a cash donation Sunday to help the Food Bank continue its twenty-plus year mission to eradicate hunger in western Montana. Times are tough for many people right now, and the Food Bank is doing everything it can to feed as many people as possible. Donations are always needed, however, and if you feel like doing more than bringing a food item or cash to the Block Party, their website is easy to use! Go to their Donation Page to find the number of options available to you, and help support one of the most necessary, community-focused organizations in the state!

HIP STRIP BLOCK PARTY 2011

Hip Strip Block Party TwentyTen...

It's about that time of the year when the Hip Strip throws a big ole' party in the neighborhood!

This year's events will take place on Sunday September 12th from 2pm till 9pm in conjunction with Missoula's first annual Sunday Streets....http://www.sundaystreetsmissoula.org/.

Music, food, fashion show, dance party...all will occur on 3rd Street between Higgins Ave. and Myrtle for 2010.

So, mark your calendars and stay tuned for updated info!

4p: Kayak and water sports by Strongwater.
4.30pm: Zeppo MT rocks the other stage (2 stages?!).
5p: Local Herb walk with Meadowsweet Herbs.

6p: Tahj Bo entertains your ears.
6p: EOW skate demos to shock and awe.
